Shipping Information and Costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
Smaller Items 5.95$
16"-28" 19.95$
29"-47" 21.95$
48"+ 31.95$
Multiple packages will not add any additional shipping cost and will be shipped in the same container. (For instance, if you order a bo staff and several jo staffs. The shipping will remain at the bo staff cost of 31.95.)
All packages are fully insured.
Tracking information is sent automatically at the time of shipment.
Currently we ship UPS and USPS. Longer staffs 48" and above will most likely ship USPS and smaller packages will ship either UPS or USPS depending on location, weight, and size. If you would like to request one carrier over another, please contact us directly at scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com
USPS packages have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days from date of shipping
UPS Ground packages have an estimated delivery of 1-5 days

For international packages we charge a flat rate of 77 USD For our Canadian Customers.
For all other Global Locations, we charge a flat rate of 97 USD
For All international shipments, due to the cost difference in locations around the world, if there is a shipping overage, you will be refunded the difference. I encourage you to contact us at Scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com to inquire and check on prices and availability, if you would like to know the exact price. Typically we ship UPS for international locations. However, this can change depending on price.
*For custom orders through e-mail, if you are an international customer and you are contacting me through e-mail please let me know that you are located outside of the United States, so I can calculate the correct shipping cost in a custom order invoice or listing for you.
-----Expedited Shipping Options:
We can ship expedited or next day mail for different carriers. If you need this service, please send us an email. Scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com. Keep in mind, most items require 1-2 weeks to complete.
----- Shipping information for very long poles:
For custom orders for VERY long tai chi style poles, For 92 inches above, the price becomes freight rates, which is well over 100$ USPS so if you require an exceptionally large staff, please contact me through my e-mail at scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com Also UPS is an options here so we can try to find the best rate.
----- Information on Shipping Delays
While rare, delays can sometimes happen. I do guarantee that you will receive what you have payed for. If you notice a carrier shipping delay, I suggest waiting a week or so if there is a perceived problem before contacting me. I will do everything I can to help! But keep in mind, I do not know any more information and I see the same as you do when you look at tracking. However, if your package is very delayed or lost, please contact me and I will file a claim with UPS or UPS (You do not have to do this, and in fact should not do this) and I will begin the process of making you a new staff. This is why I say that you will get your staff one way or another. It is my responsibility to make sure you get it, and you don't need to take any other action then contact me if there is a problem. I will make that as easy as possible.
In rare cases sometimes it will say the package is delivered and you will not have it. This happens occasionally if someone scanning it presses the wrong button at a different location, and 99% of the time you will have it delivered the next day. You can always call your local post office for more information. And I do encourage you if your package is delayed and you want more information, to call your local USPS or UPS office and see if they have any information.
