Shipping Information and Costs

We ship USPS and UPS Ground depending on size and location for all our items. This is typically a 1-5 day delivery depending on distance. 

The shipping rates are follows.

First class smaller items 5.95$

16"-28" 17.95$

29"-47" 21.95$

48"+ 31.95$

For custom orders for VERY long tai chi style poles, For 92 inches above, the price becomes freight rates, which is over 100$ USPS so if you require an exceptionally large staff, please contact me through my e-mail at scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com Also UPS is an options here so we can try to find the best rate.  

As each of our items are handmade please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment. Some items may be pre-made or mostly pre-made, and may take much shorter, but for certain items, especially custom sized tapered staffs, each one must be meticulously handmade. If you do not see the exact size or variation you want as always sent a request to scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you. 

All packages are fully insured. 

I am not responsible for shipping delays. But I do guarantee that you will receive your staff, somehow. While shipping delays are rare, they can happen, so I would suggest waiting a week or so if there is a perceived problem before contacting me. I will do everything I can to help! But keep in mind, I do not know any more information and I see the same as you do when you look at tracking. However, if your package is very delayed or lost, please contact me and I will file a claim with UPS or UPS (You do not have to do this, and in fact should not do this) and I will beging the process of making you a new staff. This is why I say that you will get your staff one way or another. I can't drive it to your house, but its my responsibility to make sure you get it, and you don't need to take any other action then contact me if there is a problem. I will make that as easy as possible.

However, I do encourage you if your package is delayed and you want more information, if you want to know more you may call your local USPS or UPS office and see if they have any information.
